Dia-Logos is a commitment, a philosophy, and a tangible
objective: to encourage research on society’s main challenges
through constant interaction between researchers and members
of the public, powerful stakeholders and ordinary people.
To achieve this objective, we intend to establish the GlobLab, a mobile workshop-forum with global and local dimensions. In the creation of Dia-Logos, we have shown our commitment to innovation: an entirely new structure, a ground-breaking mechanism and, in particular, a new knowledge culture, designed to enhance the relationship between the sciences and society. We believe that the future is rarely to be found precisely where, for simplicity’s sake, we expect to find it. We must also explore wherever there are people building and awaiting their future: here, there and wherever societies think and make plans. Here, or rather there where you are, yes you!
